Blended on our premises, our topsoil is a rich mixture of organic matter and soil with a small percentage of sand added to allow proper drainage. We ensure quality by screening our topsoil with 1/4" screen. Specifically formulated for any type of planting grass, flowers ,shrubs, or garden. Our topsoil is guaranteed to grow any type of vegetation.
Fill dirt is the layer of earth directly beneath the topsoil. Mostly "dead" sand, fill dirt has no nutrient quality so it is not used for gardens. Rather fill dirt is used to raise the property to a desired level, and then a thick layer of topsoil is added for planting.

Unitarian stone, this crushed stone product is used mainly under sheds and behind walls to create proper drainage conditions.
